Domestic Shipping Terms
1. All orders will be shipped after all credit card information has been verified, regardless of the shipping method you select. If we have a problem contacting you due to verification problems, your order will be delayed in shipping. Once your credit card information has been verified your order will ship immediately. Verification may take up to 24-48 hours.
2. United Parcel Service (UPS) delivers and picks up Monday through Friday and does not count the weekend in their transit time. Ground packages may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. All other air services are guaranteed to arrive as stated after credit card information has been verified.

Exchange & Refunds
1. Exchanges or refunds are gladly made within 30 days of invoice date.
2. Please enclose the sales receipt (original or copy) of packaging materials in order to facilitate any exchange or refund. Failure to do so will delay credit.
3. All transportation and insurance charges for returns must be prepaid by the customer, COD will not be accepted. We do not refund shipping charges on any merchandise regardless of the reason for return unless the item is found to have a manufactured defect that has been overlooked.
4. No refund will be given on worn, washed, mistreated or altered merchandise.
5. Underwear, packaged t-shirts and socks not in the original unopened wrapping cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufactured defect. Underwear and socks that are shipped to us as opened merchandise without a proper return authorization will be sent back to customer at customer's expense.
